2. Personal Information & Ordering
This part of the document shows how personal information is collected and used.
To fulfil an order over the internet or telephone it is necessary for us to collect your personal information including but not limited to: name, company name, address, post code, telephone number, fax number and email address.
Upon placing an order on-line it is also necessary for us to collect your payment details, including but not limited to: name on card, card number, start date, expiry date, card type and issue number. This information is never visible to us and is sent to our third party payment processors, SagePay (www.sagepay.com) or PayPal (www.paypal.com) who then transfer the funds from your credit/debit card into our bank account.
Upon placing an order by telephone it is necessary for us to collect your payment details as above, this information is entered directly into our ‘Card Holder Not Present’ payment system which will process your order, your payment details are never stored.
During the order process we may ask if you optionally wish to join our mailing list, if you subscribe we will contact you with details of products or services that we think you maybe interested in. You can unsubscribe from our mailings at any time by contacting us or you can unsubscribe from our email campaigns by clicking the unsubscribe link in the footer of the email.
